To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please take a moment to review the following policy regarding bookings and cancellations: Booking Policy All services are offered by appointment only. Bookings must be made in advance through my official booking system or by direct arrangement. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is successfully booked. Cancellation Policy Life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a €20 cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the time reserved specifically for you and ensures fairness to all clients. No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in limited future booking availability.
